AJ is an amazing trainer!! I have trained with many personal trainers over the years and AJ is one of the best. He is knowledgeable and most importantly dynamic with his workout sessions. I highly recommend AJ if you are looking for someone to help you reach your fitness goals!

I am a 52 year old woman who was looking for a personal trainer to help me with the arthritis I have in both knees. I wasn’t able to hike, bike ride, or even walk barefoot without orthotic shoes. I couldn’t stand or walk for long periods of time before I needed to sit down due to the pain. I couldn’t squat, kneel, or put any pressure on my knee at all. My goal was to be able to hike when I went to Ireland several months in the future.
I have been working with AJ for just over 4 months and the results have been almost miraculous. Not only was I able to hike in Ireland, I’ve been able to resume almost all the activities I was doing before I was hit arthritis. I’m walking barefoot all the time, I don’t need my orthotics, I hike all the time, and I have rode my bike several miles while on vacation.
AJ has earned my trust and respect with the knowledge he has and the way he continually educates me on how my body works and he seems to know a lot a out arthritis. He pushes me to do things I never would have done on my own out of fear that I would “harm” my knees. I’m doing weight bearing exercises with my knees, while squatting and lunging, that I never thought I’d be able to do.
