  • Cuztomized Workout Plan

  • Workouts to do by yourself either at home or the gym(Homework)

  • Circumference Measurements(Upon Request)

  • Body Fat Measuring w/ Calipers(Upon Request)

  • Nutrition Guidance

Personal Training Pricing :

  • Primetime Fitness Members- $60/Session

  • Non-Primetime Fitness Members-$70/Session

  • Minimum 5 sessions 

Group/Partner Pricing and Packages:

  • $40 per athlete, per session

(4 person maximum)

  • Minimum 5 sessions

Half Sessions(Good option for training children):

  • 25-30 minutes sessions

  • $35/session

  • $20/session for group training (4 kid max)

  • Minimum 5 sessions

Consultations-$70. Becomes complementary if training is purchased

PERSONAL TRAINING

1 on 1 sessions

GROUP TRAINING

2-4 people

  • 45-50 minute sessions

  • 1 on 1 sessions

  • Program based on personal fitness level

  • Client friendly pace

  • Better chance to correct movement/pain

  • 50-60 minute sessions

  • Strength+Conditioning/Competitive focus

  • Pace and progress based of performance group

  • Great for athletes or people who are looking to get in shape with a friend
